The new project is The Sylvan Eye Center. It is a 30,000 sq. ft. Medical Office Building on Sylvan Ave. in Modesto. I get to work with Brad Ardis (my project manager on this project) who as most of you know, is as close as you can get to being a brother w/out really being one.

As you can see, we are coming along since the last pics.
